Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offered a comfortable room with a great view, but it required some dusting upon arrival. The service was good, although I was a bit disappointed by the lack of certain amenities and information. The location was fabulous for exploring the city, providing easy access to many attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional.
The hotel's vibe didn't quite give us that feeling of wanting to stay in and relax, lacking a unique personality, and feeling a bit tacky compared to other luxurious hotels. On the bright side, it offers good value for what you're paying. The rooms had no charm and were quite small in size compared to other top-tier hotels like Westin, Shangri-La, and the Four Seasons.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The room was absolutely amazing; I've never seen anything like it, way better than any New York City hotel. However, the functionality of the space was extremely small and tight considering the price. The service was top-notch, especially Mhkyra and Ryan who went out of their way to make us feel valued, even accommodating our baby during breakfast. The location was perfect for my needs, and the dining experience, although excellent value for money, had some erratic service. The facilities were great overall, making it a wonderful stay.
Staying in the Executive Room was a fantastic experience overall. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, and I liked everything that was set up there. The service was exceptional, living up to the Hilton motto of 'making it right. ' The location was also great, walking distance to all Sydney attractions. The dining experience was a bit costly, but the tasty dishes made up for it. A few minor downsides like limited buffet options were outweighed by the excellent overall experience.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Sydney across from Queen Victoria Building and close to all major shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit noisy due to their proximity to the lifts. The service was very helpful and efficient; concierge staff were quick to attend to our needs. The dining experience was excellent with a great spread, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a stunning view and an amazing bath spa in the room, making it a truly relaxing experience. The shops nearby add convenience, but the sign for the carpark can be hard to spot. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay, and the hotel's central location makes it easy to explore the city on foot.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very small and overpriced, but they were comfortable and well taken care of by the staff. It would have been nice to have complimentary drinking water instead of paying an absurd price for each bottle.
The hotel has pretty ordinary rooms that are small and not ideal for longer stays. The service was attentive, especially from Meriani, but some areas were not fully functional. The location is great for exploring the CBD attractions. The dining options are limited, with mostly strong coffee available. Facilities are decent, but some areas are under renovation.
The hotel provided great space in the rooms that were very clean, but the decor felt outdated. Despite the delayed check-in and poor TV reception, the staff was welcoming and helpful with proactive service. The location was excellent for exploring Sydney, but could improve lounge area temperature. The dining experience was a letdown with limited options, while the cafe with super food stood out. The hotel offered nice facilities like a lovely pool and great staff.
