I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offered a comfortable room with a great view, but it required some dusting upon arrival. My stay at the hotel was incredible! The room was absolutely amazing; I've never seen anything like it, way better than any New York City hotel. However, the functionality of the space was extremely small and tight considering the price. The service was top-notch, especially Mhkyra and Ryan who went out of their way to make us feel valued, even accommodating our baby during breakfast. The location was perfect for my needs, and the dining experience, although excellent value for money, had some erratic service. The facilities were great overall, making it a wonderful stay.

Staying in the Executive Room was a fantastic experience overall. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, and I liked everything that was set up there. The service was exceptional, living up to the Hilton motto of 'making it right. ' The location was also great, walking distance to all Sydney attractions. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Sydney across from Queen Victoria Building and close to all major shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit noisy due to their proximity to the lifts. The service was very helpful and efficient; concierge staff were quick to attend to our needs.
